Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will either replace the goods (or the faulty part of the item) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price). Simply return the goods to us unused. You won't even have to pay for your postage if the return is posted within the UK, contact customerservice@reigategardencentre or 0845 8727 411 to arrange a pick up.
Returns are the buyers responsibility to return and the buyer will have the responsibility to pay for said return . Simply return the unwanted item within 7 days, unused and in the packaging and we will assume your order is cancelled and we will refund the full amount to you or give you an exchange or credit note, as required, excluding any original delivery charge (if applicable).
We are not able to offer refunds on furniture covers that do not fit. All sizes are made clear on our website so please measure before placing an order.
If you would rather have replacement goods, Reigate Garden Centre can arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you; this constitutes a separate contract between you and Reigate Garden Centre and the delivery charges will apply in the usual way (except where we are replacing damaged or defective goods).
Please tell us why you are returning the goods - this ensures that we can improve our service in the future. Always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post. On returned goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold.
We endeavour to process postal return refunds/exchanges as soon as possible, but please allow 21 working days.
