Delivery & Installation

We are not able to deliver Garden Buildings to all areas of the UK within our £20 delivery zone.

We cannot deliver to the areas in the following tables within our normal delivery terms.  However,  if you contact our Sales Line on 0845 8727 411  to discuss your order we may be able to arrange a special delivery. 

You are advised to read these terms and conditions thoroughly and fully as other conditions apply to Garden Building deliveries.
 

• Once you have ordered your Garden Building our administration team will call you direct to arrange the delivery.  No delivery will be attempted without prior warning
• All deliveries are to the kerbside
• Please ensure that someone is available to assist with off-loading on arrival, they need to be able to lift items up to 25kgs as we are only able to send out one driver and some items are up to 50kgs in weight.  Most models will be delivered on a flat bed vehicle and need to be off loaded piece by piece by the person assisting/accepting the delivery and the driver. 
• Consideration should be given to the size and weight of the building.  Deliveries are to the kerbside only. If you have restricted access please inform us at time of order
• Log cabins and sheds  are made from kiln dried timber and must be covered if stored outside prior to erection and treatment.  This is to prevent moisture from warping and rotting the timber, unless you plan to store the timber inside you will need tarpaulins to protect the wood
• All deliveries must be signed for, no goods will be left without a signature.  No claims for obvious visual damage will be accepted unless signed for on the delivery note
• In the event that an able bodies person (capable of lifting up to 25kg) is not present to help the driver unload and/or there is nobody present to sign for the delivery then all buildings will be returned to our local representative premises and a redelivery charge of £300 for Cabins and £75 for sheds will apply.  This represents the true cost of delivery as the initial discounted rate we offer does not apply to second deliveries.  Please note if we have attempted delivery and the order is subsequently cancelled then a £300 delivery charge will be deducted from any refund given
• The Garden Building must be checked against the packing list within 5 days of delivery, if something is missing or damaged Woodlands need to be advised immediately.  Only one notification of missing/damaged parts will be accepted.  Any subsequent requests will be subject to parts and delivery charges
• In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by telephone and in writing.  If the order has already been manufactured and packed, you will be subject to up to a 25% cancellation fee
• There is no cancellation policy for custom orders, once a custom order has been placed there is no refund policy as it cannot be re-consigned.  Thank you for your understanding

Albany Garden Buildings

Many of Albanys products are made to order so please allow sufficient time for delivery.  Usual delivery time is 3-4 weeks, however during busy periods this can range from 4-6 weeks.  Certain sheds in the Albany range are adaptable, so please contact us with any queries as further options may be available.  Delivery of Albany buildings is to the curbside, or down to the discretion of the driver.
